Mom's Mail Just Arrived!

The mailman just delivered the mail. 

You were waiting for a project from a trucking company and it came in the mail today!  But wait a minute, you also see two large manila envelopes from two individuals you spoke to a few weeks ago.  You open the envelopes to find a manual and a term paper that needs to be typed.  When they spoke to you on the telephone, they were so impressed by your customer service skills that they knew you were the work-at-home secretary they had been searching for, but here's the blessing; they didn't even tell you that they were sending you the work!  You gained their trust and they already know that you are going to do a phenomenal job typing the manual and term paper.  You go, Mom!
