Helping Moms Make Ends Meet is all about giving hope and providing help to single mothers.  Helping Moms Make Ends Meet provides breakfast, lunch and dinner through food donations we collect on a monthly basis.  We also offer and provide help through a wide array of educational programs designed to enlighten and enhance the lives of single mothers so that they too can provide a nurturing and most loving environment for their children.  Our life-altering educational and social skills program demonstrates the importance of what it means for single mothers to be able to care for their children/families. 

Helping Moms Make Ends Meet believes that children are an important part of society.  Children give joy because of their innocence and honesty.   They become the center and focus of what it is that we work for; to provide a nurturing, loving, caring and peace-filled environment that lets them know they are truly loved in everyway.  We want single mothers to recognize the significance of spending time nurturing, educating and teaching their children.  When children are lost and have no direction, it doesn’t mean that they are bad people; they just need love, attention and a path that will guide, lead and direct them into a bright and harmonious future.  Helping Moms Make Ends Meet wants to see single moms succeed no matter what their situation may be.  While it is not easy being a single parent, we want single mothers to know and understand that there is always hope and where there’s hope there is help; help to do great things; to use and develop their skills to improve their lifestyles for themselves as well as for their children.  We are here to help single mothers so that single mothers can help their children.

Sometimes when a single mother is forced to raise a child all alone due to circumstances beyond their control, they become fearful, worried and burdened; these emotions can very easily and quickly turn to anger and before you know it, the pain is taken out on the child(ren) making them feel unloved.  This is not how children should be made to feel.  Single mothers must realize that it is important to enjoy their children; this can be easy and very rewarding for everyone involved.  When you enjoy your children, you give them a real sense of love that tells them that they can move mountains; self-confidence then becomes embedded in their sweet souls and they know when they are loved, they can achieve whatever goals they plan for themselves as they grow older.  So it is our duty to put in a place a program for single mothers that they can use, share and work with to give their children the foundation they need today and at this very moment; one that they can carry children into their futures; futures filled with promise and prosperity.
