About Me 

Thank you for visiting my website and to learn a little more about me and what it is that I do.

I am a Christian woman, who truly loves the Lord.  I am a daughter, wife and mother to four children.  I was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with two wonderful parents.  My father, who has been blessed with the saints in glory, joined his heavenly family in 2001.  My mother still lives in the house that my four siblings and I were brought up in for 30 years. My parents were married for 52 years.  I was brought up in the most loving and nurturing home where my friends and neighbors just adored my parents.

I have a passion for designing, but I also have a deep-seeded passion for helping people.  I love to give and have been highly favored and blessed to share and give all the wonderful gifts that God has blessed me with in my life. This is one of the reasons that I started Moms in Slippers.   

As a mother and wife working in corporate America, I always longed for more and received above and beyond anything I could have ever imagined when I started Moms in Slippers.  I have been able to help those mothers, who too, want to start their own home based business.  

I began typing and transcribing when I started Magic Fingers Typing Services which quickly grew to a secretarial business. Not long after I started Magic Fingers, I discovered the gift for creating and designing.  It has truly become my number one passion.  I now make t-shirt designs, banners, buttons and more.
